Salesforce has just rewritten the rules of AI adoption for enterprises. On May 15, 2025, the company announced a major overhaul to the pricing structure of Agentforce, its flagship AI agent platform, moving from a flat per-conversation model to a more scalable and value-aligned action-based pricing system powered by Flex Credits.
