Test Agent

Deployed is not done. Tested is.

The moment a build lands in the sandbox, the Test Agent generates the test plan and cases from your user stories, runs UAT and QA cycles with business users and testers, and feeds every defect back to the Design, Build and Support Agents to fix.

2 clicks
for a business user to record a result
Pass, fail, blocked or retest with a comment. No Jira licence required.
Auto
execution of stable scope
The agent runs unchanged cases itself; people test what changed.
0
defects lost between test and fix
Every failure routes to Design, Build or Support with retest queued.
You stay in control

Automated where you want it. Manual where you need it.

Decide what the agent generates, what it executes on its own and what your people sign off.

Testing cycle · pick a seat
Business users test in plain language, in one place.
Acceptance cases written from the criteria they approved
Pass, Fail, Blocked or Retest with a comment and screenshot
No Jira licence, no spreadsheet, no email thread
Controls
Test case generation
Choose types, scope and depth per theme. Regenerate when stories change.
Auto-execute stable scope
Agent runs unchanged cases; anything touched by a new deploy waits for a human.
Business-user UAT
Invite stakeholders to a run; they see only their acceptance cases.
Auto-route defects
Failures go to Design, Build or Support based on root cause.
Auto-fix without approval
Let Build deploy fixes straight to the sandbox. Off by default.
What it does

Plan → Cases → Runs → Fix. A closed loop.

01
Plan
Convert the Design project or start fresh. Set objectives, scope and test types; the plan becomes the workspace for strategy, cases, runs and defects.
02
Cases
Test cases generated from user stories and acceptance criteria, linked back to each story. Review, refine, regenerate on change, or download.
03
Runs
Group cases into QA, UAT, regression or post-fix runs. Business users and QA record results; the agent auto-executes stable scope and shows live readiness.
04
Fix
Failures become defects routed to Design, Build or Support. Fixes deploy, retest runs clone with failed-only scope, and the loop closes.
Defects don’t wait for a meeting

Findings flow back to the agent that can fix them.

A failed test case becomes a defect with the story, acceptance criterion and step attached. It routes to Design for a requirement gap, Build for a configuration or code fix, or the Support Agent for a BAU change. Retests queue automatically.

Requirement gaps → Design
Ambiguous criteria go back to the story, not to a developer.
Config and code → Build
Fix generated with story context, deployed and queued for retest.
BAU defects → Support
After go-live, the Support Agent picks up defects as managed-services tickets.
Jira when you want it
Sync runs and defects to Jira; traceability stays in the platform.
