Sandbox access

A Salesforce sandbox with representative data, plus credentials for our team.

Single point of contact

One stakeholder with authority to sign off on scope, agent testing and go-live.

Agent shortlist

Candidate agents from the catalogue — final list confirmed at kickoff.

SME availability

2–4 hours per week during the UAT window; standard business hours.

Remote delivery

Work performed remotely during ANZ or client business hours.
